Looking to try something new with your horse? Join Southeast Distance Riders Association (SEDRA) for a guided, beginner-friendly introduction to competitive distance riding.
This low-pressure experience is ideal for riders who want to:
Learn what distance riding is really like
Build confidence on trail with their horse
Meet fellow horse lovers
Try an organized ride without the pressure of traditional competition.
The day includes a short guided ride, a mock vet-in, and an educational talk on what it takes to get started in distance riding. No prior distance or endurance experience required.
